- Once a User has accepted these Terms and Conditions, he/ she may register and avail the Services. A User may either register on viphaat.com website or alternatively enter in any other manner as may be specified by Indiamallstore.com from time to time.

Return policy period applicable for different categories
At viphaat.com we believe in customer satisfaction. We offer a clear return policy on all the products listed on our website.
We will only accept items for returns that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer as long as the return is initiated within the returns period mentioned on this page.
We will not accept any returns if the product return window has passed or the product is used, damaged or altered by the buyer. So to avoid any disappointment, we request all our buyers to intimate us regarding the returns strictly within the returns window and keep the product intact.
